This multi-generational duplex is designed to accommodate the distinct needs of three generations. One portion of the duplex focuses the design to support aging in place, ease of mobility, and leisure activities while another portion of the duplex is designed to support the functions of a growing household with kids and mortgage helper suite.
Taking advantage of regulatory changes to height and outdoor patio calculations, the rooftop patio becomes a place of gathering where all 3 generations can connect and celebrate.
